Vessels for Glory 🌟
2 Timothy 2:20-21 [ESV]
20 Now in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver but also of wood and clay, some for honorable use, some for dishonorable. 21 Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from what is dishonorable, he will be a vessel for honorable use, set apart as holy, useful to the master of the house, ready for every good work.
There’s something beautiful about knowing that we don’t have to be the most polished, put-together person in the room to be used by God.
His Word tells us that in a great house, there are all kinds of vessels—some used for ordinary things, and some for sacred, honourable purposes.
And the truth is, He can use both. But when we desire to be set apart, cleansed, and surrendered, something beautiful happens: we become ready for the good and holy work He’s prepared for us.
This isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being willing.
Willing to let go of what’s keeping us stuck. Willing to be shaped by His Word. Willing to be available for whatever He wants to pour out through us.
The work of becoming a vessel for glory is not something we do in our own strength—it’s something we allow Him to do in us.
Romans 6:13 encourages us:
"Offer every part of yourself to Him as an instrument of righteousness."
That means the small, everyday parts of us, too—our words, our gifts, even our weaknesses.
This even includes the parts we often hide or minimize—the parts that feel weak, inconsistent, or unfinished.
When we lay those before Him with open hands, He doesn’t shame us. He restores. He refines. And He repurposes us for good.
When we offer it all to Him, He makes it useful. Holy. Beautiful.
So today, let’s ask: What would it look like for me to be a vessel for His glory? Not just in what I do, but in how I live, love, and follow Him.
It means living in a way that reflects His heart, even in the quiet places no one else sees.
May we be emptied of what no longer serves Him, and filled with the things that reflect His heart ❤️
God’s redemption has made a way for us to be vessels for His glory.
You are chosen, set apart, and deeply loved. And yes, you’re being shaped for something greater than you can imagine! ☺️
Song on My Heart🎶
So we give all the glory, glory, glory to the King For You alone are worthy, worthy, worthy to be praised

📖 Scripture to hold onto: Romans 6:13 [NIV]
Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness.
🙏🏽 Prayer: Father God, please help me live for Your glory. I want to be an instrument of righteousness, giving myself completely to You. In times when I may doubt or desire to lean back into my old ways and habits, remind me of the cross. That Jesus, You were raised from death to life so that I can live in the freedom of grace you have provided me. Thank You, God. Amen.
